What is your approach to team building?
I first observe and listen to understand what is needed. Then I focus on aligning team members around shared goals and values. My approach is people-centered: identifying individual strengths, fostering open communication, and encouraging ownership. I aim to create a safe and inspiring environment where collaboration and trust thrive.
How do you handle conflict within a team?
Conflicts are natural and if handled correct can help to grow as a team. I facilitate open, respectful dialogue and guide teams to understand the root of the issue. My role is to create space for each voice to be heard, and to help the team transform tension into clarity and renewed alignment.
Can this work with hybrid or remote teams?
Absolutely. The dynamics might be different, but the principles remain the same. I offer strategies and tools to strengthen connection, transparency, and engagement—even in digital settings. With intention and the right structures, remote teams can flourish.
Do you also train managers or team leads?
Yes. Strong teams need strong leadership. I work with managers to help them lead with clarity, empathy, and vision. I also provide interim management services if desired. I focus on communication, delegation and autonomy and creating shared values where people feel seen, safe, valued, and engaged.
