Hi I am Heleen: a creative, commercial and resolute all-round strategic legal expert with a drive for purposeful projects and ventures.
After graduating from law school, I started my career at a law firm and specialized in labor law and corporate litigation. Having advised many clients, both local and international and being involved in lengthy litigation and court proceedings, I realized that I was more driven by prevention of conflicts and finding long term solutions serving both parties. I started working as an in-house legal counsel and found pleasure in balancing the underlying business considerations while solving the legal issues.

I enjoy working in innovative manufacturing companies operating in crucial markets, like energy, preservation of (natural) resources with a focus on sustainable solutions. Being focused on the commercial and long-term strategy of a company and through multi-disciplinary cooperation I am able to provide solid legal advice that will include your company’s strategic, operational and business interests.
